Everyone's lead times are so long!

Things have been progressing on my current development project over the last few weeks.

I've loved the joy and buzz that comes from connecting with people (suppliers, consultants, trades) who are clearly passionate about what they do.

At the same time, it's been frustrating to discover the LONG 9 week average lead times for specialist consultants at the moment. Most have already closed their books for 2022 and have a wait list going into January. WHAT?!

My early xmas gift to you.

Because of the passionate and super helpful suppliers, trades, consultants that I have recently connected with AND knowing the crazy lead times, I'm feeling inspired to 'PAY IT FORWARD'.

Having done some reorganising, I've created space between now and the end of the year for one person who needs the urgent support of a Building + Interior Designer.

This is a super rare opportunity, to be able to have access to me (a Building + Interior Designer) right now without any long waiting periods.

Where come January 2023 when the Building + Construction Industry returns, you're going to be ready to be engaging trades and physically start you home alterations. Where as everyone else is going to be asking their designer if they have progressed in the que to start designing!!

Hi, I'm Emily, Your BFF + New Design Mentor.

I have qualifications in Building Design and Drafting, Interior Design, Building and Construction (Estimating). Currently studying to be an Embodied Soul Guide.

Over the years having specialised in both commercial and residential building design. I believe in design that connects us to who we are which intern influences how we show up in life.

I'm known for my geniune warmth, intuitive creativity and solutions-focused approach.

My days are excitingly full with designing + building my Victorian Era inspired holiday accomondation in Daylesford, studying to be an embodied soul guide, all the things that come with being a single mum to two boys AND mentoring heart-led women.

I've never offered such an immediate way to work with me + probably won't again.
